We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied, here are your rights and obligations:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

• You must report damage within 7 days of receiving the product

• Send proof (photo/video) to: therapyscarlet@gmail.com

• We will replace the product at no additional cost if damage is confirmed

• After 7 days, shipping for replacements is at your own expense

2. Returns Due to Dissatisfaction

You may return a product within 30 days if:

• Original packaging is intact

• Product has no visible damage or signs of use

• All components (cables, remote, charger) are included

Refunds:

• Full refund if all conditions are met

• 50% refund for minor cosmetic defects

• No refund if product is significantly damaged

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exceptions

• No returns for downloadable products (we do not offer any)

• Products must not be used contrary to instructions

4. International Returns

Returns from outside Croatia must be sent at the customer’s expense unless covered under warranty.

5. Warranty

• All devices have a 12-month warranty against mechanical defects

• LED lifespan: 50,000+ hours

• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or improper storage
