Red Light Therapy (RLT) uses low-energy red and/or infrared light to stimulate the body’s natural regenerative processes. If conditions are not met: - Partial refund (50%) for minor issues
- No refund for significant damage to device or packaging

Yes, Red Light Therapy is completely safe when used properly. It does not use UV rays and does not damage the skin. Quality devices operate on scientifically backed wavelengths (e.g., 630–660 nm for red and 810–850 nm for infrared light).
How soon can I expect results?
Results depend on your goal – minor improvements, such as brighter skin and increased energy, can often be noticed within 1 to 2 weeks. More significant changes, like pain reduction, tissue regeneration, or hair growth, may require 4 to 8 weeks of consistent use.
What if the product is damaged or defective?
If the product is damaged or defective, we cover replacement costs within 7 days of receiving the item. Please send proof (photos and/or video) to therapyscarlet@gmail.com. After 7 days, the buyer covers the cost. We send a replacement product – refunds are not issued for defects.
What if the device doesn’t suit me or I see no results?
You can return the product within 30 days (see conditions). If all conditions are met, we provide a refund.
